Can You OPT-OUT of receiving communications?
We will not share your personal data with third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your consent. You may opt out of promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in any promotional message or by contacting us at support@viderahealth.com. Please note that even if you opt out of promotional communications, we will continue to send you service-related communications necessary to maintain your account and use of the App.
Information submission by minors
The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without the express consent and participation of a parent or legal guardian. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a minor without proper parental consent, we will take steps to delete such data and terminate the minor's account.
California Residents
If you are a resident of California, you may request, once per year and free of charge, a list of the categories of personal data that we disclosed to third parties during the preceding calendar year for their direct marketing purposes. Submit requests by emailing support@viderahealth.com with "California Privacy Rights" in the subject line. We will respond to your request within thirty (30) days.
