Wylie van den Akker

Wylie van den Akker co-founded Collective Medical where he served in various roles including Chief Technology Officer, Chief Innovation Officer, and Chief Information Security Officer. The company was acquired by PointClickCare in 2020, where Wylie served as VP of Innovation.

As a seasoned software engineer with emphasis on machine learning, data security, protocols, interfacing, and infrastructure, Wylie's infrastructure stack has directly connected and ensured the security of hundreds of millions of patient encounters between tens of thousands of healthcare entities.

Wylie currently serves in an advisory capacity and investor in a number of startups and venture firms.

Wylie holds a BS in Computer Science from Brigham Young University. His deep experience in healthcare technology infrastructure and security makes him an invaluable advisor as Videra Health scales its platform.
