Access is by invitation only. Your facility will send you an invite via email or SMS after discharge. Follow the link in the invitation to download the app and create your account.

Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, you can request a new link from the app's login screen by tapping "I need a new link" and entering your information. If a matching account exists, we'll send a new link to the email or phone number on file. You can also contact your facility's alumni coordinator or email support@viderahealth.com.

Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen. You'll receive a reset link via email or text to the contact information associated with your account.

You can browse your community feed, message your care team and peers, explore recovery resources, RSVP to alumni events, journal about your progress, and complete Videra sessions — all in one place.

Community posts are visible to members of your facility's alumni community. Direct messages are private between you and the person you're messaging.

You can manage notification preferences in your device's settings under the DBH Alumni Support App. Push notifications keep you informed about new messages, community activity, and upcoming events.

Yes. The app is built and maintained by Videra Health with industry-standard security practices to protect your personal and health information.

Try closing and reopening the app, or restarting your device. Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. If the issue persists, email us at support@viderahealth.com with a description of the problem and your device type.

Yes. The app is compatible with both phones and tablets on iOS and Android.
