Jonathan Evans, M.S.

Jonathan Evans is a seasoned executive and clinician with over 30 years of experience in the behavioral health field, recognized for his leadership in pioneering telepsychiatry and community-based mental health models.

Evans co-founded innovaTel Telepsychiatry in 2014 to address psychiatric provider shortages and served as its President and CEO. Following its acquisition by Quartet Health in 2021, he became the Chief Clinical Officer for the combined organization. Earlier, he was the Founding President and CEO of Safe Harbor Behavioral Health, the first freestanding Community Mental Health Center in Northwest Pennsylvania, growing its budget from $300,000 to over $8 million.

He currently serves as an Operating Partner at Empactful Capital, focusing on behavioral health investments, and is a co-founder of The Office of the CEO, a consulting group for startups and non-profits. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania.
