Joshua Talbot

Josh's life vision is to sustainably advance patient care through innovation and technology. Before Videra, Josh worked in management consulting, most recently as a leader in McKinsey's Care Model Innovation Practice.

He has worn several other hats in pursuing his vision: standing up a digital factory with 10 agile squads for a national provider, diligencing digital health companies for investors, founding a blockchain healthcare startup, building acute care at home models in Asia and Australia, advising African entrepreneurs with the World Bank, and researching the role of digital health across Southeast Asia and Africa.

Josh holds an MBA in Finance and Healthcare Management from Wharton, and degrees in Systems Engineering and International Economics from the University of Virginia.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys Monozukuri (building things), outdoor rock climbing, skiing through powder, and backpacking through the Mountain West.
