Linda Rosenberg

Advisor

Linda Rosenberg serves on the faculty of Columbia University's Department of Psychiatry as Executive Director for External Relations, where she focuses on expanding Columbia's role in building mentally healthy communities and ensuring that effective care is available when needed.

Prior to joining Columbia, Linda was President and CEO of the National Council for Behavioral Health from 2004 until 2019, growing it into the nation's largest mental health and addiction education and advocacy association with over 3,300 member organizations serving more than 10 million Americans. She previously served as New York State's Senior Deputy Commissioner for Mental Health.

Under Linda's leadership, the National Council helped secure passage of the federal parity law and the Excellence in Mental Health Act, which established Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs), and introduced Mental Health First Aid in the U.S.A. She currently consults with nonprofits, foundations, and private sector companies and serves on boards including Cohen Veterans Network, Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute, and Netsmart Technologies.

Linda's decades of experience shaping national behavioral health policy and advocacy make her a vital advisor to Videra Health's mission of democratizing access to quality behavioral healthcare.
